We logically unitize the documents and attachments and assign a document type and date but only key document types from a client defined list of document types and date ranges are processed further.
Scanning of paper is accomplished throughout the U.S. by our trusted regional partners and by major international vendors with a worldwide reach. Many of these vendors are the same partners for whom we perform ESI and document review.
IDS has over 10 years experience designing and implementing paper document databases. Our project managers, skilled in database design, integrate paper coding with processed ESI data.
Document coding, with a guaranteed accuracy rate of 97%, is processed by our own team. This results in lower costs and faster turnaround times.
Further cost savings can be achieved by a Level of Treatment approach to coding: only the most important documents require more extensive coding.
At your option, we apply database design techniques learned in paper processing to supplement the metadata extracted from attachments to emails or loose electronic files for C-Suite ESI and other Custodians designated as key to the litigation.
