Management

Mr.Jay Koza - President

Mr. Koza is among the foremost authorities of the litigation support industry, bringing almost 30 years of experience working with law firms and corporate legal departments to leverage technology and proven processes in the delivery of comprehensive litigation support services.

Koza recently served as senior vice president and managing director of discovery services for Pangea3, where he managed key strategic relationships and new business development. Prior to that, he worked in business development for Huron Consulting Group, Superior Glacier, Inc., Merrill Corporation and Uniscribe Professional Services. He began his career in the legal support services industry with Aspen Systems, where he worked for 18 years and served as vice president of litigation support.

Mr. Koza is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and The Sedona Conference. He received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.

Mr.B M Chittaranjan - Vice President

Mr. B M Chittaranjan (BMC) has joined IDS on September 2003. He is heading IDS America, US Office and Legal Process Outsourcing division. He brings an experience of more than 18 years working with well known companies like ICI Pharmaceutical, Solus Ranbaxy, Thunga Software, Manipal MediRecords, Meridian Information of which 5 years of Heading Operations in ITES/BPO Special reference to Healthcare (Billing, Medical Records, Claims Processing, ARM, Collections using Call Centers) and Insurance (Policy Management to Claims processing with EOB). In his earlier capacity as Head of Operations, he has successfully deployed better Workflow Process and Quality Metrics and managed large teams. He also has an experience in Business Process Analyses, Designing the process required for the services, Process Transition from Client site to India .
